Tillett, Joiner, Lowery lead South-Central to victory in 2017 CPLBCA all-star game

The South-Central defeated the North-West 151-141 in the third of three CPLBCA all-star games at Whitney Young on Saturday, April 8. Early next week, the Public League will publish photos and stories from the Luther Bedford Memorial Senior All-Star Games.
